Job summary

Aero Snow Removal, part of the Outworx Group family, is hiring seasonal, on-call Snow Removal Equipment Operators to support winter operations at Dallas Fort Worth Intl Airport.

You’ll operate snow-removal and airport-support equipment before, during, and after winter weather events, with shifts that may include short-notice call-ins, overnight work, weekends, and holidays. This role is ideal for those with experience operating heavy equipment, snowplows, or deicing vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment or snow-removal equipment.
• Ability to obtain airport security badge (TSA background).
• Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and short-notice weather events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Commitment to safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Operate snow-removal and airport-support equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clear snow and ice from runways, ramps, parking areas, and other surfaces.
• Support snow-removal operations before, during, and after storms.
• Assist with post-storm cleanup and related winter-weather tasks.
• Follow airport safety, operating, and security procedures.
