Qualifications

• Able to maneuver through dining area while carrying full trays.

Responsibilities

• Familiarize with the organization of the Restaurant(s), lounges, and Room Service and know the function of each job position.
• Serve guests with all food and beverage requirements in an attentive, courteous, and efficient manner.
• Cashier and close checks; prepare end-of-shift paperwork.
• Perform opening/closing procedures and side-work per rotation and checklist.
• Keep tables and stations stocked, tidy, and clean.
• Upsell food, beverage and promos to guests.
• Receive and deliver food and beverage orders and collect payment.
• Ensure overall guest satisfaction.
