As a valued member of our dynamic bar team, you’ll bring energy and creativity to our Banquet, Bar, Pool, and Restaurant outlets, crafting signature cocktails and engaging with guests to elevate their stay. Key Responsibilities

1. Beverage Preparation: Skillfully mix a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, ensuring each is served according to recipe and presentation standards.
2. Customer Engagement: Welcome guests warmly, take orders, and make recommendations based on guests' preferences, using their names whenever possible to personalize their experience.
3. Inventory & Supply Management: Maintain an organized bar area, restocking supplies and keeping track of inventory for efficient operations.
4. Menu Knowledge & Specials: Stay informed about daily specials, highlight unique offerings, and engage guests with suggestions to enhance their experience.
5. Cleanliness & Safety: Adhere to food and beverage regulations, responsible alcohol service standards, and maintain a clean and inviting workspace.
6. ABC Compliance: Observe all Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) board regulations, ensuring responsible and compliant alcohol service at all times.
