Aero Snow Removal, part of the Outworx Group family, is hiring seasonal, on-call Snow Removal Equipment Operators to support winter operations at Dallas Fort Worth Intl Airport.

You’ll operate snow-removal and airport-support equipment before, during, and after winter weather events, with shifts that may include short-notice call-ins, overnight work, weekends, and holidays. This role is ideal for those with experience operating heavy equipment, snowplows, or deicing vehicles.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; CDL preferred.
• Experience operating heavy equipment or snow-removal equipment.
• Ability to obtain airport security badge (TSA background).
• Ability to work outdoors in cold weather conditions.
• Willingness to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, and short-notice weather events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Aero Snow Removal, part of the Outworx Group family of companies, is hiring seasonal, on-call Snow Removal Equipment Operators to support winter operations at Dallas Fort Worth Intl Airport.

You’ll operate snow-removal and airport-support equipment before, during, and after winter weather events. This role is a strong fit for candidates with experience operating heavy equipment, snowplows, deicing vehicles, or similar machinery.

Work is assigned when snow events occur and may include short-notice call-ins, extended shifts, overnight work, weekends, and holidays.

What you’ll do

• Operate assigned snow-removal and airport-support equipment safely and efficiently.
• Clear snow and ice from airport roadways, ramps, parking areas, and other designated surfaces.
• Support snow-removal operations before, during, and after storms.
• Assist with post-storm cleanup and related winter-weather operations.
• Follow airport, safety, operating, and security procedures.
• Report for scheduled and on-call shifts reliably and on time.
• Work as part of a team in changing weather and operational conditions.

Experience with one or more of the following is preferred:

• Front-end loaders
• Pickup trucks with snowplows
• Bobcats or skid steers
• Liquid chemical or deicing trucks
• Other heavy equipment, snow-removal vehicles, or related machinery

What you’ll need

• Valid driver’s license; CDL is preferred.
• Prior experience operating heavy equipment, snow-removal equipment, commercial vehicles, or related machinery is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an airport security badge, including successful completion of TSA background screening.
• Ability to work outdoors in non-climate-controlled conditions, including snow, ice, wind, and cold temperatures.
• Ability to work extended hours, weekends, holidays, overnight shifts, and short-notice weather events.
• Reliable attendance and ability to respond when called in for snow events.
• Ability to walk, stand, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, lift, carry, push, pull, and grasp as required by the job.
• Commitment to following safety procedures and operating equipment responsibly.

Schedule and training

This is a seasonal, on-call position. Hours are based on snow and ice events and may occur before, during, and after storms. Employees must be available to respond to call-ins, including short-notice assignments.

Paid training is provided, and all employees are encouraged to attend.
