Liberty Tax Service is seeking an Office Supervisor for a seasonal role in Arlington, TX. You will oversee daily office operations, lead staff, ensure compliance with policies, and deliver top-tier customer service during peak season.

You will manage recruiting, onboarding, training, and performance feedback, while coordinating marketing and community outreach to grow the office business. Strong leadership and tax-prep experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Leadership and organizational skills required to oversee daily office operations.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and customer service focus.
• Experience using Microsoft Office and tax preparation software; PTIN or eligible to receive.
• Minimum 3 years tax preparation experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day office operations and staffing within a single Liberty Tax office.
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and supervision of office staff including Tax Preparers and admin personnel.
• Monitor performance metrics and address operational issues.
• Ensure exceptional client service throughout tax season and resolve client concerns promptly.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance feedback for seasonal staff.
• Execute local marketing strategies to promote office visibility and growth.
• Ensure daily operational and client-file documentation is complete and accurate.
