Seasonal Office Receptionist (Finance)

Schedule: Tuesday to Saturday, 8:45 am to 6:30 pm

Duration: December to April

Position Summary

Support the day-to-day functions of the office, providing excellent customer service and administrative assistance across multiple office locations.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities
  1. Meet and greet clients professionally.
  2. Answer inbound telephone calls for 5 office locations.
  3. Plan and schedule appointments for 3 office locations.
  4. Copy, assemble, and mail tax forms.
  5. Enter data and numbers into Excel and tax software.
  6. Scan and file documents systematically.
  7. Sort and distribute mail for the Tax department.
  8. Edit and maintain electronic database files.
  9. Prepare tax forms as assigned.
  10. Conduct call campaigns.
  11. Maintain and track inventory.
  12. Perform all other office tasks as required.
  13. Assist with cleaning duties as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Highly organized, self-managing, with excellent people skills.

  • Quick learner with strong data entry and keyboarding skills.
