Job summary

Roger's Gardens in Newport Beach is seeking seasonal sales associates to help guests select holiday trees, outdoor plants, and decor. If you love the outdoors and a fast-paced, festive environment, this is the perfect opportunity to earn extra income this season.

Provide exceptional service in person, by phone, and via email; process sales and special orders through our POS system; and maintain a clean, organized sales area while supporting a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of or interest in holiday trees, outdoor plants, and basic horticulture.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with a variety of customers.
• Comfortable using computers for sales transactions and inventory management.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods.
• Dependable, positive, and collaborative team player.
