Job summary

Williams-Sonoma, Inc. is seeking a Seasonal Lead Personalization for Nights at our Olive Branch, MS distribution center. The role trains and directs a team to meet production goals, prioritizes tasks, and resolves productivity or quality issues to ensure timely customer delivery.

The position is a 2nd shift (Wednesday - Saturday, 5:00pm - 3:00am) and may require moving to other departments as needed. You will coach staff, communicate goals, and support daily operational duties to maintain safe,

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Experience with Microsoft Office and Excel.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic understanding of Direct to Customer (DTC) process of Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate, coach, and train associates to perform at their best.
• Set and communicate clear goals to associates.
• Support daily management of departmental duties including allocating labor, leading meetings, assigning job duties, and communicating with internal/external stakeholders.
• Ensure successful departmental performance through tracking, reporting and feedback.
• Create, review, and update SOPs for assigned areas.
