Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to be the face of the store, greet customers, qualify needs, match to products, and close the sale. You will demonstrate product knowledge, support customers, and participate in the sales process while contributing to a ready-to-service store environment.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, ongoing training through GC certification, and building customer relationships for future service needs.

• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.

• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.

• Assisting with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
