Job summary

Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support in Illinois to greet customers, assess needs, match products, and close sales. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional customer experience and meeting service targets while participating in continued product training and store readiness.

Responsibilities include demonstrating knowledge, guiding customers through the sales process, maintaining displays, and building client relationships for future service needs.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Intermediate knowledge of Musical Instruments sold within Guitar Center.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assist with execution of all tasks to keep the store ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
