Guitar Center in Chicago seeks a Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, match to the right product, and pitch to close sales. You will become versed through GC certification and ongoing training to deliver an excellent customer experience.

As a Seasonal Support, you will reach sales targets, demonstrate product knowledge, guide the sales process, and help keep the store ready for business. You will also maintain displays and build relationships for future service needs.

Qualifications

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assist with execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
