Guitar Center is seeking a Seasonal Support to help customers, reach sales targets, and support store operations. You will demonstrate product knowledge, guide customers through the sales process, and engage in ongoing learning to stay certified and informed.

Qualifications

• Recent customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Comfort with learning store products and services.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification and ongoing education.
• Assist with execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
