Job summary

Guitar Center, a leading music retailer, is seeking Seasonal Support to help deliver exceptional customer service and drive in-store sales. You will be trained through our certification program, learn product knowledge, and assist customers through the sales process while supporting everyday store operations.

This role requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on detail and a genuine passion for music.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education.
• Assist with tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers for future service needs.
