The Guitar Center Company is seeking a Seasonal Support to greet customers, assess needs, match products, and close sales while representing our brand in-store. You will learn and apply product knowledge, complete certification processes, and support store readiness during peak seasons.

Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, assisting customers through the sales journey, and building relationships for future service needs. Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualificações

• Willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong orientation towards providing excellent customer service.
• High attention to detail.
• Familiar with musical instruments and gear sold by Guitar Center.

Responsabilidades

• Reach sales targets on services.
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers.
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process.
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education process.
• Assist with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers.
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed.
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs.
• Additional duties as assigned.
