Job summary

Guitar Center in the United States is seeking Seasonal Support to greet customers, qualify needs, match products, and guide them through the sales process to close the sale in-store.

You will develop product knowledge, stay updated through onboarding and certification, and support store readiness, inventory, and clienteling with customers for future service needs. The role requires a customer-focused mindset and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Reach sales targets on services
• Demonstrate product and service knowledge to customers
• Assist customers and guide them through the sales process
• Continual learning through onboarding, certification, and continuing education
• Assisting with the execution of all tasks to ensure the store is ready to conduct business and service customers
• Keep an eye on inventory levels and replenish displays as needed
• Clienteling/build relationships with customers to fulfill future service needs
• Additional duties as assigned
