Job summary

Northwest Medical Center Tucson is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Seasonal MSICU Nights, a full-time seasonal position in our 20-bed Medical-Surgical ICU caring for high-acuity patients. You will work with board-certified intensivists, Critical Care NP staff, and a multidisciplinary team to deliver evidence-based care, manage ventilators and monitors, and respond to emergencies.

This role offers competitive hourly pay, benefits, licensure reimbursement, and potential conversion to core staff

Qualifications

• Active RN license in AZ or a valid compact license.
• 1–2 years ICU or critical care experience.
• Ability to work nights in a seasonal assignment.
• BCLS and ACLS certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient-centered care in MSICU per nursing process.
• Administer medications and monitor ventilated patients.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams.
• Respond to emergencies and participate in CPR.
• Document care and patient education thoroughly.
