The role requires 1–2 years ICU experience and active RN licensure in AZ or a compact state, with BCLS and ACLS. Seasonal contracts span 13 or 26 weeks with competitive hourly pay and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role in an acute care setting required.
• RN licensure in state or compact state required.
• Basic Life Support (BCLS) certification required.
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates and delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in ICU per nursing process.
• Performs thorough patient assessments and documents findings for care team.
• Administers prescribed medications and monitors for side effects.
• Assists physicians during procedures within documented competency.
• Participates in life-saving interventions and code team activities.
