Job summary

Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, Vermont, is hiring for a Winter Seasonal Warehouse Associate. You will learn to receive, organize, and deliver retail/rental goods to ensure stores and guests have what they need for the ultimate outdoor experience.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. Starting wage is $20.00 per hour with full-time seasonal hours for Winter 2026/2027. Housing may be available, and benefits include passes, discounts, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to stand and move in an active environment for extended periods.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
• Willingness to learn warehouse functions and safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and deliver goods to support store operations.
• Collaborate with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• Learn ski/snowboard assembly and retail/rental processes.
• Assist other departments as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
