Okemo Mountain Resort in Ludlow, Vermont is seeking a Retail Associate to join our world-class mountain shop team. You will help guests find the latest outdoor gear and services, and you’ll be trained across cashiering, rentals, and departmental support.

No prior experience required; we provide comprehensive training and a friendly, energetic environment. Expect a starting wage of $20.00 per hour, seasonal winter employment, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Commitment to exceptional customer service.
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service and product knowledge.
