Job summary

Stio Mountain Studio in Bend, OR is seeking Seasonal Sales Associates to deliver an exceptional brand experience. You will engage customers, share the Stio story, and help them discover products that fit their mountain lifestyle, with a focus on service and product education.

This role is part-time, hourly, with an anticipated start in fall 2026 and end in spring 2027. Prior retail or customer service experience is valued, along with the ability to move around the store, operate a POS, and work

Responsibilities

• Maintain visual store aesthetics, displays, and floor tidiness.
• Receive and restock inventory on the sales floor and in back stock.
• Answer phones and fulfill customer service shipments.
• Provide knowledgeable details on Stio products, sales, and pricing.
• Process transactions accurately with the POS system (payments, refunds, exchanges, gift cards).
• May be required to open/close the store.

YOUR ROLE

Stio Mountain Studio™ Sales Associates are responsible for providing an exceptional brand experience with customers at our Mountain Studio™ retail location in Bend, OR. Sales Associates are required to deliver an outstanding level of customer service, which includes but is not limited to knowledge of the brand story and product, customer engagement, and selling. Stio Mountain Studio™ Sales Associates are committed to supporting a dynamic, cohesive team that provides a customer experience through connection, top-quality product education, and a passion for our products and company.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Maintain visual store aesthetic through routine cleaning, mannequin changes, organizing displays and general tidying of the floor
• Receive inventory shipments, restocking inventory on the sales floor, and maintaining an organized back-stock
• Other operational duties including answering phones and fulfilling customer service shipments
• Provide knowledgeable and up to date details of Stio products, sales, and pricing
• Utilize Point of Sale system to accurately and efficiently process customer transactions; payments, refunds/exchanges and gift cards
• May be required to open/close the store

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
• Retail and/or sales experience preferred
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills required

• Computer proficiency required, POS experience preferred

THE FINE PRINT

• Roles are seasonal, part-time, hourly, non-exempt positions with an anticipated start date in fall 2026 and an end date in spring 2027.
• Coverage over the holiday season is required. There may be a possibility to extend based on business need and individual performance, which will be evaluated closer to the end date.
• $16-$19 hourly, based on experience
