Job summary

Alterra Mountain Company’s Schweitzer resort in Idaho is seeking a Seasonal Shuttle Driver. Responsible for transporting guests and staff between resort locations and parking areas, providing friendly service, loading ski equipment, and ensuring on-time shuttle operations in winter conditions.

Must hold a valid Class B driver's license with airbrake and passenger endorsement, clean driving record, and pass DOT medical physical and drug screen.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Class B CDL with airbrake and passenger endorsements.
• Ability to operate large shuttle buses in winter conditions.
• Excellent customer service and safety awareness.
• Clean driving record; pass DOT medical and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle vehicles between resort facilities, parking lots, and lodging areas.
• Provide courteous service, assist with luggage and ski equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-trip checks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain logs and communicate with dispatch.
• Follow routes and schedules, adjust for weather or traffic.
• Ensure safety and compliance with traffic laws.
