Job summary

Crystal Mountain, part of Alterra Mountain Company, is hiring a Seasonal Employee Shuttle Driver. You will transport company personnel between locations with a focus on safety, comfort, and reliability during winter conditions.

The role requires a valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement and experience driving in snow. Strong organization, punctuality, and clear communication are essential, as is the ability to work in a dynamic mountain environment.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• Experience driving in snow, ice and extreme weather is required.
• Must be organized, punctual and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Strong communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily pre/post trip vehicle inspections and basic level maintenance.
• Adhere to posted speed limits and schedule.
• Ensure passengers are picked up and dropped off safely at designated locations.
• Maintain passenger and vehicle safety, manage passenger behavior, and communicate with supervision.
• Report incidents and mechanical issues promptly.
