Crystal Mountain Resort in Washington is seeking an Employee Shuttle Driver for a seasonal role. You will ensure safe, timely transportation for company personnel, with emphasis on passenger comfort and adherence to regulations. CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement is required.

Responsibilities include pre/post trip inspections, communicating schedules, and safe passenger handling. Compensation is $28–$30 per hour DOE, with benefits through the Alterra network where eligible.

Formación

• Must have a valid Class B CDL with Passenger Endorsement.
• Experience driving in snow, ice, and extreme weather conditions.
• Must be organized, punctual, and reliable with a positive attitude.
• Have effective communication skills.
• Be able to get in and out of shuttle multiple times a day in various weather conditions.

Responsabilidades

• Perform daily pre/post trip inspections and basic maintenance (oil, windshield wiper fluid, fuel).
• Obey posted speed limits and arrive at shuttle points on time.
• Manage passenger behavior for safety and Crystal Mountain property.
• Adhere to passenger and load capacity for each shuttle.
• Convey passengers to designated locations and ensure belongings are taken off.
• Inform supervisor of departure times and schedule.
• Attend safety meetings or training as needed.
• Report incidents and any mechanical issues to supervisor.
