Qualifications

• Willingness to learn
• Must be 21 years or older
• Successful completion of shuttle driver training
• Employment in another Mt. Baker Ski Area department
• Maintain a valid driver's license
• Meet driving record and background check requirements
• No Type A driving violations within the past 5 years

Responsibilities

• Transport employees to and from Mt. Baker Ski Area from shuttle locations and public between lodges, with friendly customer service
• Create and participate in a positive and inclusive workplace
• Drive vehicle per policies and laws
• Enforce shuttle rider policies
• Perform duties as trained
