Job summary

Schweitzer is seeking a Seasonal Shuttle Driver to safely transport guests and staff between resort locations and parking areas. Requires a Class B license with airbrake and passenger endorsement, clean driving record, and ability to operate large vehicles in snowy terrain.

Position offers weekend and holiday availability, with potential eligibility for full medical benefits, vacation time, and parental leave depending on status. DOT physical and drug screening are required.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Class B driver’s license with airbrake and passenger endorsement.
• Must pass CDL medical physical and drug screen.
• Work weekends and holidays; require ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• DOT medical qualification and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Operate shuttle vehicles to transport guests and staff between resort facilities and parking areas, including snowy/icy conditions.
• Deliver courteous service, assist with luggage and ski equipment.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle checks and report maintenance needs.
• Maintain timely pick-up/drop-off per routes and adjust for weather/traffic.
• Keep logs of trips, fuel use, and incidents; communicate with dispatch.
• Comply with federal/state traffic laws and safety regulations.
