Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. seeks a friendly Server for Giants Ridge, a seasonal role located on-site in Minnesota. You will greet guests, take and relay orders, and ensure accurate billing while delivering attentive service in a fast-paced dining setting.

The role includes preparing dining areas, stocking service stations, and assisting guests throughout meals to maintain a high standard of hospitality. Training and a collaborative team environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Greet guests in a polite, positive manner and take beverage orders.
• Explain menu items, ingredients, and cooking methods to guests.
• Submit food orders to the kitchen and serve entrees.
• Maintain a pleasant dining experience; check on guests and complete transactions accurately.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleanup and setup for subsequent meals; keep tables clean and stocked.
• Report gratuities as required by policy and law.
• Maintain awareness of safety issues and report them to management.
