Job summary

ADP, Inc. is hiring a part-time Performance & Recovery Specialist in Enumclaw, WA, at Crystal Mountain Resort. You will work onsite, collaborating with ski instructors and staff to promote health, performance, and injury prevention during the season.

You will assess movement, provide proactive care, and deliver one-on-one guidance with strong customer service and clear communication. Responsibilities include education sessions, charting sessions, and adherence to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• DPT/MPT in Physical Therapy, MS in Athletic Training, or Licensed Massage Therapist
• Current license in corresponding profession (Physical Therapy, Athletic Training, or Massage Therapy)
• Current professional liability insurance
• Current CPR/AED certification

Responsibilities

• Perform other duties as assigned.
• Provide educational sessions as requested by the resort.
• Attend events to introduce and promote the wellness program.
• Complete charts for one-on-one sessions.
• Uphold emergency protocols.
• Complete monthly timesheets.
• Attend and participate in company meetings and trainings.
