Vail Resorts at Hunter Mountain is hiring for a winter seasonal IT support role. Starting wage ranges from $22.87/hr to $28.59/hr and positions are full-time during the winter season 2026/2027.

Housing is available, with opportunities to work across mountain locations and collaborate with multiple departments. Responsibilities include assisting end users, deploying POS stations, troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and contributing to a positive guest and team experience.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with computer hardware and the Windows environment.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with end users to gather information and resolve issues
• Build and deploy point-of-sale and business stations
• Troubleshoot hardware and software problems
• Collaborate with other departments and locations as necessary
