POWDR is seeking a seasonal HR onboarding assistant for Mt. Bachelor in Bend, Oregon. The role supports onboarding winter staff and runs 30 hours per week, Wednesday through Saturday, from September through December. You'll assist with hiring trackers, communications, and distributing uniforms and badges.

Ideal candidates have strong service skills, a passion for employee experience, quick learning, and thrive in a fast-paced setting. Office/retail experience and tech proficiency are helpful.

Responsibilities

• Distribute and track employee uniforms and nametags.
• Print and issue employee passes and manage dependent info.
• Administer and communicate employee perks and programs.
• Assist with onboarding paperwork and process.
• Maintain confidentiality of wage data and personal information.
• Support onboarding on the mountain and in-town.
