Job summary

Mt. Bachelor LLC is seeking a seasonal HR onboarding assistant to support winter staff. The role is 30 hours per week, Wednesday through Saturday, from September through December, aiding with uniforms, badges, passes, and onboarding coverage at The Stash.

The ideal candidate has strong service skills, a passion for employee experience, and the ability to work fast-paced environments while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years office/retail experience.
• Technology proficient.
• Experience using HR Operating Systems.

Responsibilities

• Distribute, track & handle distribution of employee uniforms.
• Print and administer employee passes and maintain updated employee dependent information.
• Administer a wide variety of employee perks and onboarding paperwork.
• Maintain confidentiality of wage data and personal information.
• Provide up-to-date information on Mt. Bachelor policies, perks and events.
