Job summary

Bussers assist the wait staff and bartenders at food & beverage venues by cleaning tables, taking plates, utensils and drinkware to the kitchen to be washed, making sure diners' water glasses are full, and reset tables for the next service.

Bussers may help servers bring food out, restock utensils and napkins; a neat appearance and customer attentiveness are essential to support fast service on busy shifts at Crystal Mountain.

Qualifications

• Must be able to ski or snowboard at an intermediate level.

Responsibilities

• Clear, clean, and reset tables efficiently.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness (floors, chairs, stations).
• Clear used plates and assist guests to enhance dining experience.
• Ensure tables are properly set with silverware and napkins.
• Transport dishes, glassware, and utensils to dishwashing areas safely.
• Maintain organization and stock levels at bussing stations.
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties.
• Support overall team productivity by anticipating service needs.
