Job summary

Vail Resorts in Colorado is hiring for winter seasonal roles, including Base Area Operator. You will help deliver a fantastic guest arrival experience in the base area, with shifts that can be full-time or part-time, and a starting wage of $20.00 per hour.

You will join a global company with 40+ resorts, offering free passes, ski and snowboard lessons, and extensive employee discounts, plus Epic Service training to support your growth while emphasizing safety and teamwork in all mountain

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 50 lb (22.6 kg).
• Comfortable outdoors in seasonal conditions.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Minimum age 16.

Responsibilities

• Assist in base area operations including parking, scanning, or grounds maintenance at the base of the resort (snow removal in winter).
• Act as a flexible labor force for various projects and events.
• Other duties as assigned.
