Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for winter seasonal roles in Utah, including cooks, drivers, instructors and more. Base area operations support arrival experience and guest service across the resort. Roles offer full-time and part-time hours, housing availability, and a starting wage of $20 per hour.

Positions run Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 with equal opportunity employment and a range of employee benefits. Applications accepted until positions are filled or December 15th.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs (22.6 kg) and perform physical work.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist in base area operations including parking, scanning, and ground maintenance at the base of the resort.
• Act as a flexible labor force for various projects and events.
• Other duties as assigned.
