Job summary

Racine Country Club is seeking a Part-Time Seasonal Grounds Crew Member to join the morning team through November. This role suits individuals who enjoy the outdoors, staying active, and working with others in a golf course setting.

Shifts start at 6:00 AM with at least 16 hours weekly, with potential for additional hours. Responsibilities include mowing, edging, equipment operation, and helping prep for events.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Groundskeeping or golf course experience is a plus.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to work morning shifts starting around 6:00 AM.

Responsibilities

• Mowing, edging, and trimming fairways, greens, roughs, and tee boxes.
• Operating groundskeeping equipment including mowers and trimmers.
• Raking bunkers and repairing divots.
• Helping prepare the course for tournaments and events.
• Keeping the course clean, neat, and presentable.
• Following safety procedures and working as part of a team.
