Job summary

Petite Plume seeks a Production Assistant (Seam Ripper) in Richmond, VA for a full-time seasonal role through December. You will remove pockets from garments, perform quality checks, and support monogram orders with attention to detail. Overtime is possible during peak, with weekend shifts and training provided.

Starting pay is $18/hour, with a $1/hour shift differential for 2nd shift. This position is seasonal and not eligible for holiday pay or PTO.
