Petite Plume is seeking a Production Assistant (Seam Rippe r) to support custom monogram orders during the busy holiday season at our Richmond, VA warehouse. The role requires keen attention to detail, initiative, and the ability to handle multiple tasks while maintaining quality.

You will remove pockets from garments of different fabrics, ensure product quality, and help expand monogram capacity. Overtime and possible weekends through peak are expected; training will be provided to get you up

The Role and Your Impact:

We are looking for an enthusiastic person to add to our team working full-time hours as a Production Assistant to fulfill custom monogram orders. We are looking for someone with keen attention to detail and initiative to help us build out our current monogram capacity. This position would require overtime and possible weekends through peak. We will provide initial training on our operations, and we expect you to be a self-starter with the ability to keep multiple balls in the air at once. In this role, you will remove pockets from garments of differing fabric types while preserving the quality of the product. Our customer's satisfaction is of utmost importance, so being detail oriented and checking for quality assurance will also be key in this role. • Must be dependable and have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work unsupervised

Compensation & Schedule:

• Starting pay: $18/hour.
• Shift differential: +$1.00/hour if hired for 2nd shift.
• Schedule: This is a temporary, seasonal position through the end of December. Overtime will be required during the weekend of Black Friday into Cyber Monday, with potential for other weekend dates through peak.
• Holiday pay: This seasonal position is not eligible for holiday pay, paid time off, or other company benefits.
