Responsibilities

• Set up and mix drinks according to guidelines and safety policies.
• Provide cordial, efficient guest contact and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Ring guest checks and handle cash/charges per company policy.
• Prepare liquor requisitions and manage supply lists.
• Comply with state liquor laws and maintain proper pars.
• Maintain established pars and fulfill sidework as scheduled.
• Support a clean and organized bar area throughout the shift.
