Corto Olive is seeking a Seasonal Milling Operator for our Stockton, CA facility. The role involves starting, running, and stopping milling lines, monitoring uptime and quality with dashboards, HMI, and machine controls.

This on-site position requires flexibility to work up to 12 hours and up to 6 days per week during the harvest season. You will ensure safety, accurate data recording, and clean operations while coordinating with receivers and the Logistics team to ensure supply and

Formación

• 1-2 years of experience operating high speed machinery.
• Fundamental knowledge of HMI screen and machine controls systems.
• Demonstrated ability to follow procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Execute assigned tasks per work instructions, checklists and procedures.
• Safely startup, operate, shutdown and clean milling process equipment.
• Monitor process conditions and record data per parameters.
• Troubleshoot milling equipment and deviations with reaction plans.
• Monitor enzyme dosing and maintain records; replenish supplies.
• Evaluate incoming fruit and extracted oil conditions for quality decisions.
• Complete daily process logs and production documentation.
• Transfer oil to designated casks with needed traceability.
• Maintain clean, safe milling area and dispose of metal detector waste properly.
• Communicate equipment concerns and process issues to Milling Supervisor.
• Adhere to safety policies and participate in training; report hazards.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
