2020 Companies is partnering with Meta to hire part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists for Best Buy in Lewisville, TX. You’ll demonstrate Meta wearables and AI tech, engaging shoppers and creating excitement around the brand.

The role trains store teams, offers 100% paid training, and provides flexible weekly scheduling with paydays and seasonal bonuses. Prior sales or electronics exposure is helpful, but enthusiasm and customer focus come first.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing.
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first experience mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer.
• Ability to stand, walk, reach, bend, grasp, lift up to 20 lbs. occasionally.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands‑on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs.
• Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale.
• Keep displays organized, products demo‑ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions.
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals.
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology.
