2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialist at Best Buy in Irving, TX. Pay is $23 per hour plus a seasonal completion bonus. Schedule includes 20 hours weekly, Friday to Sunday, with specific evening and weekend shifts through 1/3/27.

Training is fully provided and bonuses are tied to attendance and KPIs. Responsibilities include demonstrating Meta products, engaging shoppers, and training store teams on new AI apps and features.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing experience preferred.
• Interest in technology, wearables, and/or VR preferred.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI and smart tech.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on customer interests.
• Guide customers through the sales process and ask for the sale.
• Keep displays organized and aligned with Meta brand standards.
• Build relationships with store teams and share product updates and promotions.
• Track demonstrations and sales activity toward individual and program goals.
• Stay current on product launches and software updates.
