Job summary

2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialist at Best Buy Wyomissing, PA. You will demonstrate Meta products, engage shoppers, and train store teams on new AI apps and features.

Earn $23/hour with a seasonal completion bonus, working 20 hours across Friday to Sunday. Training is provided, with potential growth into lead roles within the program.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in technology, wearables, and VR preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers and confidently asking for the sale.
• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Ability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Your own personal, reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI and smart tech.
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience.
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on customer interests.
• Guide customers through the full sales process from engagement to sale.

Schedule:

20 hours - Friday to Sunday

Hours:

Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Dates:

Now- 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule:

Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

• Bring Meta technology to life through hands‑on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences
• Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience
• Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products
• Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer’s interests and needs
• Guide customers through the full experience, frominitialengagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale
• Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards
• Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions
• Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and salesactivitywhile working toward individual and program performance goals
• Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required

• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.

• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts.
