2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists for a Best Buy location in Aurora, IL. You will demonstrate Meta products, engage shoppers, and support store teams with new AI apps and product features.

This role offers weekly pay, a seasonal completion bonus, paid training, and clear paths to future opportunities within 2020 Companies. The schedule runs Friday to Sunday, with 20 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 6+ months in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in technology and wearable AI preferred.
• Willing to engage customers and ask for the sale.
• Customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Weekend availability plus three weekday shifts.

Overview:

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time Seasonal Meta Sales Specialists!

Pay : $26 per hour + Seasonal Completion Bonus*

Schedule: 20 hours - Friday to Sunday

Hours: Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Dates: Now - 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule: Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days. Required holiday availability includes the day before Thanksgiving and two designated weekdays leading up to Christmas.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

About the Role:

Are you outgoing? Do you enjoy showing off new tech? As a Meta Sales Specialist, you will work within your local big-box retailer, demonstrating and promoting Meta products to consumers while creating excitement around the brand. In this role, you will build strong relationships with retail associates, create engaging customer experiences, and train store teams on new AI apps, tools, and product features. All product and technology training is provided.

Day in the Life
Bring Meta technology to life through hands-on demonstrations of wearable AI, smart tech, and immersive experiences
Proactively engage shoppers and create a welcoming, personalized experience
Create memorable and engaging customer experiences that leave shoppers with a positive impression of Meta and its products
Demonstrate key product features and benefits based on each customer's interests and needs
Guide customers through the full experience, from initial engagement and product demonstration through confidently asking for the sale
Keep displays organized, products demo-ready, and the retail experience aligned with Meta brand standards
Build strong relationships with store teams and keep them informed about current products, features, and promotions
Track demonstrations, customer engagement, and sales activity while working toward individual and program performance goals
Stay current on product launches, software updates, and emerging technology

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 6+ months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecommunications, or marketing preferred
• Interest in Technology, Wearable AI, and/or Virtual Reality technology preferred.
• Comfortable engaging with customers, demonstrating products, and confidently asking for the sale
• Customer-first experience mindset
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Availability to work weekends and a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts.
• Smartphone required: Equivalent to iPhone 11, Samsung S25 or newer
