2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floaters to promote Meta products at local retailers. You will demonstrate devices, engage customers, and train store teams on AI apps and features.

Training is provided, with strong KPI-driven incentives. The role offers flexible base pay with bonuses, weekly pay options via DailyPay, and clear paths into leadership roles within 2020 Companies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of sales/retail experience preferred.
• Interest in AV/VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Weekend availability; at least three weekday shifts may be required.
• Own a smartphone compatible with current apps.
• Able to stand for periods and lift up to 20 lbs; travel may be required.

Overview:

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time seasonalMeta Sales Specialist Floaters!

Pay: $21.50 per hour + Seasonal Completion Bonus*

Schedule : Friday to Sunday Availability Required;6 hours guaranteed per week, on-call coverage; weekly hours will vary

**Location:** Retailers withinapproximately a60-mile radius of the market center

**Hours:** Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Dates: Now - 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule :Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

*Floaters have priority consideration for open positions within the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other attributing factors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts required
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
