2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floaters to bring Meta products to life inside local big-box retailers around Phoenix. You will demonstrate products, engage customers, and train store teams on AI apps and features; no tech expertise required as training is provided.

The role offers flexible pay with weekly base pay, on-demand cashouts, incentives, and clear pathways into leadership roles within 2020 Companies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Impeccable integrity and commitment to exceeding customer expectations.
• Thrives in a fast-paced team environment.
• Weekend availability and up to three one-time weekday shifts required.
• Own a smartphone with iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 level OS.

Responsibilities

Overview:

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floaters!

Pay:

$20.00 per hour + Seasonal Completion Bonus*

Schedule :

Friday to Sunday Availability Required; 6 hours guaranteed per week, on-call coverage ; weekly hours will vary

Location:

Retailers within approximately a 60-mile radius of the market center

Hours:

Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Dates:

Now - 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule :

Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.
