2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialists to bring Meta products to life inside a local retailer. You will demo AR/VR gadgets, engage shoppers, and train retail staff on new AI apps and product features.

The role requires Friday-Sunday availability, 6 hours per week guaranteed, with on-call coverage and varying weekly hours. $23.50/hour plus seasonal bonus and comprehensive paid training are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills essential.

Responsibilities

Overview

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floaters!

Pay

$23.50 per hour + Seasonal Completion Bonus*

Schedule

Friday to Sunday Availability Required; 6 hours guaranteed per week, on-call coverage ; weekly hours will vary

Location

Retailers within approximately a 60-mile radius of the market center

Hours

Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am - 7:00 pm

Holiday Schedule

Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

* Floaters have priority consideration for open positions within the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other attributing factors.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential
• Impeccable integrity and a genuine commitment to exceeding customer expectations
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts required
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Ability to stand, walk around, reach, pick up, bend, grab, up to 20lbs occasionally, with continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation (Accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions)
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits
