2020 Companies, in partnership with Meta, is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floaters in the Phoenix area. The role involves demoing Meta products inside local retailers, engaging customers, and training store teams on new AI apps and features.

Training is provided and scheduling includes weekends with several shifts per week. You’ll build relationships with retail staff, meet KPIs, and help drive product interest while representing Meta and 2020 Companies in a fast-paced

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing preferred.
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one-time weekday shifts required.
• Own a smartphone with an equivalent operating system of an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Able to lift up to 20lbs occasionally and maintain dexterity; accommodations available.

Overview:

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time seasonalMeta Sales Specialist Floaters!

Pay:$24.00 per hour + Seasonal Completion Bonus*

Schedule: Friday to Sunday Availability Required;6 hours guaranteed per week, on-call coverage; weekly hours will vary

Location: Retailers withinapproximately a60-mile radius of the market center

Hours: Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Dates: Now - 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule:Additionalshifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

*Floaters have priority consideration for open positions within the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other attributing factors.
