2020 Companies is hiring a part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floater to work in a local big-box retailer. You will demonstrate Meta products, engage customers, and train store teams on new AI apps and product features, with no prior tech expertise required thanks to provided training.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• A minimum of 6 months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing is preferred.
• An interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Ability to engage, demonstrate, and ask for the sale.
• Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills are essential.
• Thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to a minimum of three one‑time weekday shifts required.
• Own a smartphone with an iPhone 11 or Samsung S25 equivalent.
• Ability to stand and move, up to 20lbs occasionally, with manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Become a Meta Master by demonstrating Meta products inside a local big-box retailer.
• Engage customers and demonstrate Meta gadgets to show real-life benefits.
• Build trust and drive sales by understanding needs and recommending suitable Meta products.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism to store staff and customers.
• Hit monthly sales targets and support team success.
• Maintain Meta displays, keeping devices and promotions current and visually appealing.
• Collaborate with store associates and leaders to share knowledge and foster a positive work environment.
• Track customer interactions and submit daily reports via mobile device.

Overview:

2020 Companies, in partnership with our client, Meta, are now hiring part-time seasonal Meta Sales Specialist Floaters!

Pay:

$21.00 per hour + Seasonal Completion Bonus*

Schedule:

Friday to Sunday Availability Required;6 hours guaranteed per week, on-call coverage; weekly hours will vary

Location:

Retailers within approximately a 60-mile radius of the market center

Hours:

Friday 4:00 pm - 8:00 pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00 am – 7:00 pm

Dates:

Now - 1/3/27

Holiday Schedule:

Additional shifts added in November and December for key customer shopping days.

*Bonus is contingent on attendance requirements, employee standing, and meeting KPIs.

*Floaters have priority consideration for open positions within the market based on attendance, KPIs, and other attributing factors.
