Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Merchandiser Floater to work independently in retail stores across Massachusetts. You will stock, organize, and monitor Hallmark products, build retailer relationships, and support store teams with seasonal resets and installations.

This part-time role offers paid training, flexible schedule (10–20 hours weekly), and voluntary benefits. Availability around holidays and occasional weekend work is required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Must have reliable transportation to multiple stores.

Responsibilities

• Maintain Hallmark product displays and inventory in assigned stores.
• Assist with seasonal resets, installations, and re-merchandising as needed.
• Restock and organize inventory while communicating with store staff and supervisor.
• Collaborate with store teams to ensure proper product placement and stock levels.
