Job summary

Hallmark is seeking a Part-Time Merchandiser to work in various retail stores, ensuring optimal product placement and inventory levels. You will engage with store teams, perform resets, and support seasonal installations while maintaining strong retailer relationships.

The role involves a fast-paced environment, travel between stores, and weekend availability during peak seasons. Training is provided, and part-time benefits are available.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Able to read, write and understand English.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 30 pounds frequently and 50 pounds occasionally.
• Able to operate a digital handheld device to read documents and interpret information.
• Have access to a Wi-Fi network and the internet.
• Have reliable transportation to travel to stores as scheduled.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day engagement: restock, organize, and monitor Hallmark product inventory across stores using a handheld device.
• Holiday support: work additional days and extended hours around major holidays.
• Department resets: participate in installing and resetting card sections and fixtures with advance notice.
• One Team Vision: collaborate with Hallmark’s field network to assist other merchandisers as needed.
