Job summary

Columbia Distributing in Kennewick, WA, is seeking a Seasonal Merchandiser to stock and rotate beverages, build displays, and support store teams across the Tri-Cities area. You’ll work after deliveries to ensure products are ready for sale and maintain attractive, compliant shelves.

The role requires strong customer service, reliability, and the ability to drive to local accounts. Hours are seasonal with potential weekends and overtime based on store needs.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 18 years.
• Valid driver’s license and auto insurance for driving positions.
• Must own and operate a mobile smartphone.

Responsibilities

• In retail accounts, stock/store back stock and deliveries; handle cases and beverages; fill/rotate in cold boxes and shelves; build/display POS.
• Drive a personal vehicle on assigned route; merchandisers do not transport product in personal vehicles.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Communicate with store personnel and Sales to complete account services.
• Clock in/out accurately and follow timekeeping and breaks per state laws.
• Demonstrate adherence to the Company's Core Values at all times.
• Complete all other tasks or projects as assigned.
